As a believer of gender equality, Usor Ogagaoghene supports the empowerment of women in Nigeria and Africa as a whole. Mr. Usor is currently the General Manager of IWEF, Maiduguri branch. In this role, Usor manages team members in coordinating all aspects of the programs IWEF renders in Maiduguri, Borno State.
Usor Ogagaoghene was born in Lagos State, Nigeria and he received his B.Sc. in Science Laboratory Technology from the University of Benin in 2012. After graduating Usor continued his studies and received his professional diploma certificate in Safety and Security Management from Rivers State University of Science and Technology in Port Harcourt, Rivers State in 2013. He later became an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Science Laboratory Technologist in 2014.
Usor Ogagaoghene has completed several project management training and facility management training from Lagos state Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI). He has worked for a diverse range of organizations from small business startups to large corporations, including Charles Hampton Ltd (2014) as the supervisor then promoted to site manager; and then En.lil Logistics where he started as an Assistant Facilities Manager then promoted to Facilities Manager before being put in charge of projects for the company. In this role, he was responsible for managing, planning, and supervising the completion of the projects at the proposed time for clients.
